Aboriginal Family Housing Support Team RFP
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being released by Homeward Trust Edmonton (HTE) to find a qualified and capable contractor to provide an Aboriginal Family Housing Support Team to deliver intensive case management (ICM) using a Housing First approach to house and support homeless Aboriginal individuals and families.
The Team will support Aboriginal families to:
- Overcome mental health, addictions, and other challenges to foster a health family life;
- Build skills, knowledge, and networks for long-term resiliency of parents and children;
- Re-establish themselves so they can be reunited with children in care;
- Strengthen relationships with kin, culture, and community.
