Amid fresh revelations on the allegations of inappropriate behaviour on the part of now-former chief of defence staff Jonathan Vance — and specifically, Global News’ exclusive interview with one of the women behind the claims — the DEFENCE committee, which is currently studying the case, will hear from former Supreme Court justice Marie Deschamps, who headed up the landmark 2015 inquiry into sexual misconduct and harassment within the Canadian Armed Forces that found an “underlying sexualized culture” at every level of the military.
