Blackhawk Provides Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia – September 14, 2020 – Blackhawk Growth Corp. (CSE:BLR) (CNSX:BLR.CN) (OTC:BLRZF) (the “Corporation” or “Blackhawk“), is pleased to provide the following corporate updates.As of September 3rd, 2020, it has received a signed letter of authorization confirming that Blackhawk is the sole entity thatpossessesnon-exclusive rights to distribute the SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Kit as well as the ExProbe SARS-CoV-2 Test Kit. The letter has been posted on Blackhawk’s website.

Sales and distribution of the test kits has commenced. Negotiations have begun with a First Nations group in California and the Corporation’s sales teams have been approached by several private sector groups and laboratories that have expressed interest in large purchase orders. Blackhawk has also been able to provide all laboratory equipment necessary for PCR testing. This has provided a distinct advantage that the sales teams will be able to leverage.

The NuWave team was in Delta, British Columbia the week of September 7th looking to expand on its food stabilization capacity. There has been significant interest from large retail chains and the team at NuWave must be able to accommodate demand before entering into any commitments. Blackhawk expects to have updates on the results of these meetings and the anticipated launch of NuWave products shortly.
