The Department of Economic Development and Transportation is accepting applications for the Inuit Tourism Business Mentorship Program. This program supports tourism business owners in Nunavut to leverage their skills, knowledge, and professional capacity to grow their businesses.
The Inuit Tourism Business Mentorship Program offers training for five Inuit tourism business owners and operators in Nunavut. Each mentorship includes up to 10 days of dedicated project time and includes a combination in-person and virtual sessions. Each mentorship will last four to six months.
To be eligible, applicants must be Nunavut Inuit and own a tourism business in Nunavut.
To apply, please send a letter of interest to dperezcasas@gov.nu.ca with information about yourself, your business, what tourism services you offer, why you are a good candidate, and what you would like to learn.
The deadline to apply is May 15, 2024.
