Call for Proposals – Targeted Labour Market Program

he Department of Family Services is now accepting proposals for Targeted Employment and Training Programs to be delivered in the 2025-2026 fiscal year, starting any time after April 1, 2025.

Training providers, including non-profit organizations and institutions, municipal corporations and Inuit organizations may apply for funding to deliver programs.

Priority will be given to the following types of programs:

• Training and employment programs for persons with a disability.
• Trades and mining sector training.
• Programs that deliver training in smaller communities outside of regional hubs.
• Programming offered in Inuktut.
