Call for Tender for 7 Generations Daycare Renovation Project

Step-By-Step Child and Family Center and the Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wish to advise Contractors
that submissions are now being accepted for the renovation of a daycare building.

Tender documents may be obtained in the following way:

• Pick up USB keys at the Technical Services Office (in front of  Kateri School) between 7am and 3:30pm, Monday through
Friday

There will be a printed physical copy for reference available at the Technical Services office for consultation. Please be advised that all
printed documentation is in the French language. Technical questions via email can be in English.

Step-By-Step reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted. Bids not in accordance with the “Tender Documents” will not be considered. All bids must be made using the Bid Form/Formulaire de Sousmission.

Only bids completed on the Bid Form/Formulaire de Sousmission will be evaluated. Any incomplete or partially completed bid forms
may also be rejected.

Kahnawa’keró:non: Only bidders whose principal place of business is located in Kahnawà:ke are authorized to bid on this mandate. Joint ventures between Kahnawà:ke and non-Kahnawà:ke contractors are acceptable on this project. Kahnawà:ke Contractors willing to hire as much local content as possible will be considered favorably during the Tender evaluation.

Bids can only be submitted In-person to the receptionist at the Technical Services Office. Bids will be confirmed by a written receipt.
All bids must be received by 2pm on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
