Welcome back to CAMSC’s Procurement Fair.
It’s been too long!
After a brief hiatus in 2024, we’re happy to announce that CAMSC’s Procurement Fair is back this 2025! Come join suppliers and corporations this April 15-16, in Toronto for one-on-one matchmaking and learning opportunities to grow your business.
This year marks Procurement Fair’s 20th edition, and we’ll congregate around the theme “AI & ESG: Future-proofing Supplier Diversity”. We’re taking care of every detail to make this Procurement Fair, the best so far. From a keynote with Canadian activist, actor and best-selling author Jesse Lipscombe, to multiple sessions and workshops with leaders in technology and diversity to the long-awaited matchmaking sessions, you’re in for a treat!
When does CAMSC’s Procurement Fair 2025 take place?

The Procurement Fair 2025 takes place in Toronto on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 15-16, from 8 am to 5 pm (approximately) at the Beanfield Centre, Toronto, 105 Princes’ Blvd.

What can you expect from CAMSC’s Procurement Fair 2025?
This is going to be our biggest conference so far, with hundreds of suppliers and corporations bringing their representatives to the table to drive policymaking and build long-lasting connections.
The Procurement Fair is traditionally THE best opportunity to network with folks in procurement and supplier diversity. Everyone attending has the same goals: Amplify their connections and foster meaningful relationships. This builds the perfect environment to make new friends and grow your business.

One-on-one networking at CAMSC Procurement Fair 2023
After the coffee breaks and lunchtime, the matchmaking sessions begin at the Meeting Marketplace. You’ll be able to pre-schedule meetings with corporations who are interested in the services you provide, and will have time to pitch your company in one-on-one sessions with their representatives and procurement professionals. Bring your best elevator pitch and establish connections with a wider audience!

The Meeting Marketplace consists of one-on-one matchmaking sessions open to CAMSC Certified Suppliers and Corporate Members. All matchmaking sessions will be scheduled before the conference via the Accelevents platform. By mid-March, Certified Suppliers and Corporate Members are invited to log in to the event platform and start scheduling matchmaking sessions. All sessions happen in the afternoon from 2:30 to 4:30 pm EST on both days.
