Canada Post strike affecting bill delivery

Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) would like to inform customers that the ongoing Canada Post strike may cause delays in the delivery of monthly electricity bills. To ensure customers receive their billing information on time and avoid inconvenience, QEC encourages the following actions:

1. Sign up for E-Billing | Retrieve Balances | Pay by Phone

• Contact QEC’s Customer Care line in Baker Lake at 867-793-4200 or toll-free at 1-866-710-4200.
• You can also reach us by email at customercare@qec.nu.ca.

2. Pay Online through Financial Institutions

• Customers can securely pay their QEC bills through online banking.
• Select “Qulliq Energy Corporation” as the payee.
• Enter your QEC billing account number without the decimal point, ensuring all zeros are included.
