Robyn Soulier-Ritchot, a First Nations woman from Treaty 5, wears many hats: business strategist, community builder, and founder of Eagle Medicine. She also supports entrepreneurs across Alberta through her work with Business Link, a non-profit organization helping small businesses start and grow.

Robyn and I talked about what it means to build a business that actually works for you. From setting clear boundaries to honouring your capacity, Robyn offers a grounded perspective on entrepreneurship, especially for those who are underrepresented or navigating systemic barriers.

She also reflected on the evolution of her own work, and how Eagle Medicine emerged as a way to support others more deeply.
