Fedeli delivers $1 million in support of Bineshii Business Park on Nipissing First Nation – North Bay Nugget

The provincial government is adding $1 million dollars towards a business development plan in the Nipissing First Nation. The funding will be used for land clearing, new road construction, widening the existing road, street illumination.
Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli announced an investment of $1 million to Nipissing First Nation (NFN) through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation.
This investment will help NFN develop Bineshii Business Park along Highway 17.
“Our government is creating jobs and increasing economic development on Nipissing First Nation,” Fedeli said.
“By supporting the construction of the Bineshii Business Park, we are letting people know that Northern Ontario is open for business.”
Nipissing First Nation Chief Scott McLeod says they are grateful for the funding provided by the NOHFC program, which will enable us to install critical infrastructure in the Bineshii Business Park and to open 26 new commercial and light industrial lots for development.
