London, United Kingdom – 24 June 2024 – Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND) (“Landore Resources” or the “Company”) announces that, further to the release of its Final Results for its financial year ended 31 December 2023, its full 2023 Annual Report and Financial Statements incorporating a formal notice of meeting and the associated form of proxy for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) has now been posted to shareholders. The AGM is to be held at La Tonnelle House, Les Banques, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY1 3HS at 12.30 p.m. on 8 July 2024.
