Federal Official Languages Commissioner Raymond Théberge was described in a headline as a watchdog. After reading the article, I think anglophones could use less of the watching and more of the dogging.

Perhaps a new title: Person Responsible for Watching the Erosion of English Rights in Quebec.

I agree it’s high time Governor General Mary Simon step down. There would be many choices from the Indigenous communities, or any other community, to fill the post. We need a governor general who is fluent in both official languages.
