VANCOUVER. x–16s. The federal government has just nine more days to make a decision on the Northern Gateway pipeline that would link the Alberta oilsands to a B-C port. Company spokesman Ivan Giesbrecht says if the project is given federal approval, there are still 209 conditions to be met — more than half of them before construction can begin.
