Northland Announces Dates for the Fourth Quarter and Year Ended December 31, 2015 Financial Results Release and Details of Investor Call

TORONTO, ON–(January 19, 2016) –  Northland Power Inc. (“Northland”) (TSX: NPI) (TSX: NPI.PR.A) (TSX: NPI.PR.B) (TSX: NPI.PR.C) (TSX: NPI.DB.B) (TSX: NPI.DB.C) announced plans to release its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015 financial results after market close on February 24, 2016. Northland management will hold an investor conference call at 9:00 a.m. eastern standard time on February 25, 2016, followed by a question and answer period. Northland expects to file the full annual report on SEDAR and Northland’s website ( one week after results are released on February 24, 2016.
