The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) is proud to announce that nine individuals have been elected to its Board of Directors at the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 3, 2025.

The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) is proud to announce that nine individuals have been elected to its Board of Directors at the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 3, 2025.

“Minerals form the backbone of our daily lives and power modern technology, making them indispensable to Canada’s economic strength and resilience,” said PDAC President Raymond Goldie. “Our sector stands at the forefront of pivotal transformations in technology, sustainability, and global supply chains. By tapping into the diverse expertise of these directors and officers, we reinforce PDAC’s ability to champion responsible mineral exploration and development, ensuring our members thrive in an ever-evolving industry.”

The following members were elected or re-elected to PDAC’s Board of Directors:

Three-year term:

  • Lana Eagle
  • Roger Lemaitre
  • Scott Parsons
  • Valerie Pascale
  • Keith Spence
  • Jeff Swinoga
  • Kerem Usenmez
  • Mary-Carmen Vera

One-year term:

Terry Lynch

The following individuals were confirmed as PDAC Officers:

  • President: Karen Rees
  • First Vice President: Scott Parsons
  • Second Vice President: Conrad Dix
  • Executive Director: Lisa McDonald
  • Treasurer: James Lusby
  • Secretary: Maria Milanova

The PDAC Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the Association’s governance and implementation of its strategic plan. Each year, PDAC members elect directors at the AGM in March. The next call for nominations to the Board of Directors will open in September 2025.
