Sunshine Quem Tenasco – Founder, Her Braids

Sunshine Tenasco is Anishinabeg, from Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg, Quebec. She is a clean water activist. Sunshine’s website and company Her Braids (www.herbraids.com), sells the beaded pendants Sunshine makes, with a portion of the profits going to the David Suzuki Blue Dot campaign, which supports the right to a clean environment.

Her Braids is committed to bringing awareness and helping to make clean drinking water in First Nations Communities a reality, one pendant at a time.
