Stocks of principal field crops, December 31, 2016
As of December 31, 2016, total stocks of wheat, corn for grain and barley were up compared with the same date a year earlier. However, total stocks of canola, soybean and oats were down in 2016.
Farm product prices, December 2016
Prices received by farmers in December for grains, oilseeds, specialty crops, potatoes, cattle, hogs, poultry, eggs and dairy products are now available.
Dangerous Goods Incidents in Canada, 2015
There were 334 incidents involving dangerous goods that required a report to Transport Canada in 2015, down 13.2% from 2014 and almost 40 fewer reportable incidents than the 10-year average dating back to 2006.
Labour Force Survey: 2016 revisions
As is the standard practice, the Labour Force Survey seasonally-adjusted estimates for the previous three years have been revised using the latest seasonal factors. These revised estimates for 2014 to 2016 are now available in CANSIM.
