Research shows that women in power outperform their male counterparts and do so with empathy, positive communication and authenticity.
In its most recent Diversity Matters report, global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company found that companies with the highest level of women in their executive ranks were 39 per cent more likely to outperform those companies with the least gender diversity and achieved an average 19 per cent financial advantage over these same counterparts.
