After clocking in two days making the rounds at a high-level tech summit in Paris, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau jets to Brussels for a whirlwind one-day visit that, as per his itinerary, will start with a closed-door chat with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, during which he’ll be joined by Defence Minister Bill Blair.
He’s also booked in for a “working luncheon” with European Council president António Costa and European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen, after which he’ll make himself available to the media before boarding his flight back to Ottawa.
