Arcadis publishes 2025 Canada Impact Report: Designing a purpose-driven future

May 25, 2026 – Arcadis has released its 2025 Canada Impact Report: Designing a purpose-driven future. This comprehensive report highlights Arcadis Canada’s progress in advancing its social impact goals, celebrates key milestones, and outlines plans to amplify its positive influence across the country in 2026 and onward.

The 2025 Canada Impact Report reflects Arcadis’ dedication to transparency and accountability. Through ongoing collaboration with clients, partners, and communities, Arcadis Canada continues to embed sustainability, equity, and inclusion into its business. In line with the structure of the 2024 report, Arcadis Canada reports its impact across four pillars: accelerating climate action, actioning reconciliation, creating inclusive spaces, and supporting communities.

2025 report highlights

• Climate action: Launched a new sustainable travel action plan, which helped reduce carbon emissions and supports Arcadis in meeting its 2035 net-zero target.
• Indigenous partnerships: Entered into an exclusivity agreement with the Mississaugas of the Credit Business Corporation to drive Indigenous-led development, sustainable infrastructure, and growth.
• Community investment: Developed a new diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy to deepen engagement across the country.
• Arcadis Canada Impact Council: Launched an employee-led council to drive meaningful change across Canada by building community relationships aligned with Arcadis’ business and impact goals.

In 2026, we will focus on embedding purpose into our company culture and identifying new ways for our staff to engage and participate in how we approach our impact. Building on the momentum from 2025, Arcadis Canada has set ambitious goals for the upcoming year. In 2026, its social impact initiatives will increase support for scholarships and student organizations, deepen community engagement through donations and volunteer hours, integrate social procurement practices across the business, and launch two new Canadian employee resource groups.
