The Assembly of First Nations (AFN) will be hosting its Annual Winter Gala on Thursday, December 8, 2022, following our annual Special Chiefs Assembly here in Ottawa.
As you may know, the AFN is a national advocacy organization that works to advance the collective aspirations of First Nations individuals and communities across Canada on matters of national or international nature and concern.
You are invited to consider the wide range of opportunities that are available to network and tobuild bridges and cultural understanding. The AFN extends an invite for your participation in and/or sponsorship of the Annual Winter Gala. This contribution is possible in a variety of ways as outlined in the sponsorship opportunities below, but may include VIP reception and being a dinner, entertainment, MC or table sponsor.
An event of this magnitude takes the commitment of many partners. Every effort is made to offset the costs for these kinds of events and your contribution is appreciated to support the success of the AFN’s Annual Winter Gala.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Levels of sponsorship and benefits are spread over various categories but can also be specially customized to fit the prospective sponsor’s awareness and communications objectives. Please enquire about this possibility.
Dinner Sponsor $15,000 (1 available)
Food is a universal language that brings people together. With the help from this sponsor, we will ensure a team of professional chefs and servers will customize a menu that is just right for our guests.
Sponsor will receive:
- One (1) Diamond Level table (10 guests) to the Winter Gala
- Verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship at the event
- Corporate logo prominently displayed, a link to your company’s website featured on AFN website
- Opportunity to display half page company profile and/or advertisement in Gala program
- Opportunity for you and your guests to attend the VIP Sparkling Ice reception prior to the gala.

Set an exciting tone for the evening’s festivities. As a part of the AFN Winter Gala, we will be featuring musical talents throughout the evening. Guests will be in the winterspirit as they tap their toes from the moment they arrive.

The simple, yet elegant and important role of a Master of Ceremonies is to direct, guide, and inform guests. Thus, the MC will be the key to our success! This is an opportunity to sponsor the most visible representative of the AFN at the Winter Gala.
