In this research, we reviewed a wide sample of trade-related strategy documents to help develop four strategic pillars that can support a revitalized Canadian trade network.

How do we develop a systems-level approach to trade infrastructure that integrates federal and regional priorities into a long-term strategy? What are some examples of transformative trade infrastructure projects that can be pursued to support this revitalization? How can such projects support Northern development, strengthen Arctic sovereignty, and help Canada both mitigate and adapt to climate change?
