First Nations Leading the Way 4: MAKING ECONOMIC RECONCILIATION A REALITY was held March 28-29, 2022. The virtual conference was hosted by the First Nations Tax Commission (FNTC), the First Nations Finance Authority (FNFA), the First Nations Financial Management Board (FNFMB) and the First Nations Lands Advisory Board (FNLAB). Wasauksing First Nation hosted the event.

This virtual event showcased First Nations achiements in using First Nation-led agreements and legislation to improve their economies through greater fiscal indpendence, improved financial management, debenture financing, and sound land governance. It also provided an opportunity to learn more about how FNTC and its partners are supporting First Nations and enhancing innovations in First Nations fiscal relations.
