Construction of a Temporary Modular Recovery Centre
The Owner (Métis Nation – Saskatchewan Secretariat, Inc.) invites proposals for:
The construction of a temporary facility to house a 90-day land-based recovery centre for up to 50 clients, including spaces for programming and staff.
