CIBC has launched a new hiring program intended to recruit Indigenous Canadians as bank tellers. So far so good. But when Winnipeg’s Christine Paquette saw about getting a bank job, she discovered that the application encouraged candidates to submit a video of themselves “in traditional regalia.”
