+$11M invested in communities across Northern B.C. since project inception
At Coastal GasLink, our values and mission are centered around the communities where we live and operate. We remain committed to building a culture of community giving, now and well into the future. Over the past year, we have delivered on that commitment through TC Energy’s Community Investment program, Build Strong. In 2022, Coastal GasLink donated more than $1.4M to local and Indigenous communities in Northern B.C., totaling $11M since project inception in 2012.
As the project surpasses 80 per cent completion, we know that the foundation of our success in reaching this milestone was largely thanks to the support of the communities who welcomed us as neighbours. We don’t take this support lightly and are happy to be able to contribute to initiatives that help to build a lasting legacy in the communities that have hosted us since construction activities commenced in late 2018.
