Ottawa, Ontario — The Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, Minister of Crown–Indigenous Relations, will join Chief Darcy Bear of the Whitecap Dakota Nation and community members at a ceremony to celebrate A Self-Government Treaty Recognizing the Whitecap Dakota Nation / Wapaha Ska Dakota Oyate.
