Media advisory — Minister Hajdu to announce Government of Canada support and investments in Indigenous economic development and clean energy projects

Thunder Bay, ON, December 4, 2025 — The Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Jobs and Families and Minister responsible for FedNor, and Member of Parliament for Thunder Bay—Superior North, will announce FedNor investments in support of Indigenous-led economic development initiatives across Northern Ontario. Minister Hajdu will also announce a new support program for Indigenous-led clean energy projects in the region.

Minister Hajdu and event participants will be available for questions from the media following the announcement.
