Media advisory: Minister O’Regan to visit Lac La Ronge and Saskatoon to make announcements regarding health and airport infrastructure

Saskatchewan — Please be advised that the Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Indigenous Services, will be in Lac La Ronge and Saskatoon on Thursday, and will participate in two announcements.

In the morning, Minister O’Regan will visit Lac La Ronge Indian Band and make an announcement to support the construction of a health and wellness facility. He will also view upgrades made to the Lac La Ronge airport.

In the afternoon, Minister O’Regan will be in Saskatoon to make an important announcement about the airport at Fond-du-Lac Dene Nation, on behalf of the Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport.

Minister O’Regan will be available after each event to respond to questions from the media.
