(TSXV:MZN; OTCQB:MTLLF) (“Metallum” or the “Company”) announces that it has received the resignation of Kerem Usenmez as President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. The Company’s Chairman, Tony Wonnacott, will act as interim Chief Executive Officer.The Company thanks Kerem Usenmez for his contributions to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
