Invitation to Bid: Permanent Biomass Heating Facility – Phase 2

James Bay Aski is Moose Cree’s utility service provider, providing biomass heat to band-owned buildings. As part of the expansion, JB Aski is installing a new Permanent Biomass Heating Facility to heat the Elder’s Facility, Cree Cultural Interpretive Center, and Assisted Living Center.

We are seeking qualified contractors to supply and install screw piles in accordance with stamped engineering drawings.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Proof of Workplace Safety Insurance
• (WSIB) Clearance Certificate
• Proof of $2 million Liability Insurance coverage

We welcome all bids from qualified contractors, however, preference will be given to those local to Moosonee/Moose Factory area.
