FREDERICTON _ New Brunswick’s Liberal government will deliver its first capital budget on Wednesday.
Finance Minister Roger Melanson says there will be an average of $150 million in extra spending annually over the next six years but he wouldn’t release any specific figures or details for the coming year.
The Liberals campaigned on a plan to spend an extra $900 million over six years on infrastructure as a way to create jobs and improve the reliability of roads and bridges.
