Nunavut Prospectors Program (NPP) Applications

Are you a prospector? Or are you interested in searching for minerals?

The Department of Economic Development and Transportation (EDT) is accepting applications for the Nunavut Prospectors Program. You may be eligible for up to $8,000 to help pay for assistant wages, materials and supplies.

Eligible applicants must:

• be a Nunavut resident;
• be 18 years or older;
• have prospecting experience or have completed the Introduction to Prospecting course; and
• hold a valid Prospector’s Licence.

Deadline to apply is May 17, 2019.
