OAHS Issues Request for Proposal for Flooring Replacement Services at 229 Candlewood Dr, Stoney Creek
Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for flooring replacement services at 229 Candlewood Drive in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
The Project Scope Includes:
- Removal and off-site disposal of existing flooring materials.
- Floor cleaning, levelling, and preparation as needed.
- Supply and installation of new vinyl plank or tile flooring (minimum 6 mm thickness) throughout specified units.
- Installation of new MDF baseboards with finishing (minimum 3¼” width).
- Completion of necessary transitions, reducers, and nosings.
- Proper disposal of all debris and a thorough post-installation cleanup.
Key Details:
- Units: Multiple units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Specifications and scope vary by unit.
- Submission Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by August 13th, 2025, @ 10 AM EST.
- Project Completion: All work must be completed by September 26th, 2025.
Proposal Requirements:
Contractors must include a detailed quotation, proposed materials (with specifications), timelines, and experience in similar projects. All submissions will be evaluated based on qualifications, pricing, and adherence to OAHS requirements.
