Beyond the Checkmark: A New Era in Indigenous Inclusion is the theme of this year’s Inclusion Works being held next week in Nanaimo, BC! This 3-day management learning event will focus on Indigenous employment and building the management and organizational skills needed to develop and guide your strategies in a landscape which has grown in its complexity in recent years. Many new developments have taken place in recent years and a reminder of the significant legal, social, economic, and political changes will provide Inclusion Works delegates with a common framework to ‘move beyond the checkmark’.
