Winnipeg, November 10, 2014 (TSX:NWC): The North West Company Inc. (“North West”) today announced the resignation of Annette Verschuren as Director of North West. Ms. Verschuren, who is currently the Chair and CEO of NRStore Inc., an energy storage project developer, resigned in order to direct more of her time to board positions in the energy sector.
