Pratt Homes wants Barrie residents’ help to determine which of four art pieces it should hoist onto the top of its yet-to-be-built Essa Road condominium.
“It will literally look like it’s standing on top of the trees,” said Karen Hansen, owner of Pratt Homes Barrie. Hansen said the chosen art piece will be positioned and illuminated on the 70-foot high roof of the six-storey building at 300 Essa Road, just north of Ardagh Road on the hill on the south side.
“Once it’s illuminated at night, everyone will be able to see the glowing piece of art from across the city,” she said.
