Call for Proposals – Nunavut Mine Training Fund

The Government of Nunavut is now accepting applications for the development, coordination, and execution of community-based mine training.

Not-for-profit organizations, municipal governments, and individuals are encouraged to submit proposals that promote, encourage, and enable Nunavummiut to gain employment in the mining industry and other related activities. The deadline for applications is April 7, 2025.

Examples of training include:

• Pre-Employment Program.
• Introduction to Mining.
• Environmental Monitoring.
• Heavy Equipment Operating.
