The Canadian Mining Expo 2015 is establishing itself as a mining trade show of global significance as this year it welcomes representatives from India’s mining sector as its honoured guests.

Glenn Dredhart, the President of Canadian Trade-Ex, the organizers the Canadian Mining Expo 2015  introduced the shows community partners at a news conference at the McIntyre  Community Centre Ballroom. The partners are Mayor Steve Black, Mayor of Timmins; Christy Marinig, Timmins Economic Development Corporation; Cory Robin, Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund;  Bill McCrae, Porcupine Prospectors and Developers Association; Tom Laughren, Lake Shore Gold; Dan Brazeau, Levert Personnel; Christine Heavens, Northern College; Paul Woodward, The Bucket Shop; and Ken Stewart, NORCAT.
