Department of Human Resources launches new website

YELLOWKNIFE (October 4, 2013) – Minister of Human Resources Glen Abernethy announced the launch of a redesigned and improved website today.

“We are proud of the human resources programs and services offered to employees and clients,” said Minister Abernethy. “Investment in technologies to effectively improve internal communications on these programs and services means employees are better able to support the priorities of the Government and meet the expectations of Northerners for high quality services.”

The site features a fresh look, easy navigation and a focus on client needs.  The user-friendly environment also includes dynamic search and document management systems.  Users can share content using the social sharing buttons.

The redesigned website helps fulfill the commitment made in the 20/20: A Brilliant North – NWT Public Service Strategic Planto have the right tools to effectively communicate with employees and clients.
