Congratulations to funded chairs, research teams, researchers and journals
The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, earlier this month announced an investment of over $175 million to support 800 social sciences and humanities research projects across Canada, through SSHRC’s Partnership Grants, Partnership Development Grants, Insight Grants and Aid to Scholarly Journals grants. The research, research partnerships and knowledge mobilization funded will explore a broad scope of important issues, such as how to achieve Canada’s net-zero emissions targets, motor skill interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder, domestic violence prevention, and partnerships to prevent and end homelessness.
