When it comes to leadership opportunities for Indigenous women, Jenny Kay Dupuis said she believes it’s a growing field but more work needs to be done.
Coming from Nipissing First Nation, Dupuis is a multi-award-wining author, educator and artist currently residing in the Greater Toronto Area.
Dupuis said more space is becoming available within the arts and publishing worlds for Indigenous women to share their voices.
