Makigiaqta Inuit Training Corporation is accepting proposals to provide distance learning/e- learning services. The aim of these services will be to provide Nunavut Inuit with education, training and skills needed for employment, and to enhance their economic participation and opportunities.
The selection process will prioritize small not-for-profit organizations that are based in Nunavut communities, or organizations with majority Inuit membership. Makigiaqta will award up to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to each organization selected. Those selected will be required to provide distance/e-learning programs until March 26, 2021, no later than 5pm ET.
Applications for funding will be reviewed by the Makigiaqta Program Committee. All successful applicants will be required to enter into a contribution agreement Makigiaqta before receiving funding.

CLOSING DATE: March 26, 2021. No later than 5 p.m. E.S.T
