Inuvik & Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, November 6, 2017 – Members of the media are invited to attend the official opening ceremonies of the Inuvik Tuktoyaktuk Highway with the Honourable Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, the Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs, the Honourable Robert R. McLeod, Premier of the Northwest Territories, and the Honourable Wally Schumann, Minister of Infrastructure. This will be a two-part ceremony, with separate events in Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk.
