Media Advisory: Minister Abbott to Announce Community Transportation Program Funding in Labrador

The Honourable John G. Abbott, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development and Minister Responsible for Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, will announce the recipients of the 2022-23 Newfoundland and Labrador Community Transportation Program on Tuesday, January 10.

The event will take place at 2:00 p.m. (AST) at the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay’s Chamber Council, located at 212 Hamilton River Road.

Minister Abbott will be joined by the Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister Responsible for Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation and Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs, as well as His Worship George Andrews, Mayor of Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
