Media Advisory – MLAS Moratorium and First Nations Consultation Media Event

(March 1, 2024 – Toronto, Ontario) On March 5, 2024, the Chiefs of Ontario will hold a media event regarding the MLAS Moratorium and First Nations Consultation in Toronto, Ontario. This event will provide an opportunity for discussion and dialogue on the matter with a panel of Ontario First Nations Leadership and will be moderated by JP Gladu.

Doors to the event will open at 3:00 p.m., and will allow for networking and socialization prior to the panel discussion. The panel will begin promptly at 4:15 p.m. EST, and will begin with opening remarks from First Nations Leadership. Following these remarks, Leadership will be available to answer questions from the media.
