11:00 a.m. The Prime Minister will chair the First Ministers’ Meeting. The Minister of Finance and Intergovernmental Affairs, Dominic LeBlanc, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mélanie Joly, and the Ambassador of Canada to the United States of America, Kirsten Hillman, will also be in attendance.
