— Trudeau heads to Europe: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has arrived in the U.K., where he is kicking off a four-country tour of Europe to coordinate with allies on the Ukraine response. He will be meeting with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson today as well as Dutch PM Mark Rutte, and also have an audience with the Queen. Over the coming days, Trudeau will meet with leaders in Riga, Berlin and Warsaw, as well as NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
