Report for your review.
This was a very productive and extremely busy year. Our organizational growth has required a review and update of our Bylaws and policies to ensure proper manage-ment and administration of our organization and the many programs we manage and deliver on behalf of our communities and members.
Our Chiefs and senior management have dedicated themselves to ensuring we have the right people in the right roles and that we are consistently moving forward with an engaged team.
24-25 fiscal year promising continued op- for growth for our communities. Our Tech- team continues to grow in the fields of infrastructure; we continue to expand our team to support education and services via Jordan’s Principle; we are exploring op- n Energy Services, and Fisheries Science via esource Management; and our Human Re- ancial, and Administrative teams, who work together. We need to do this in a culturally mentally respectful way.
