The average total income of farm families operating a single farm in Canada rose by almost one-fifth (+19.1%) compared with 2020 to $214,089 in 2021 according to taxation records.

Wholesale trade: Early indicator, December 2023
Statistics Canada is providing an advance estimate of sales in the wholesale trade sector for December. The advance results for December indicate that wholesale sales (excluding petroleum, petroleum products, other hydrocarbons and oilseed and grain) rose 0.8%. The increase reflects higher sales in the motor vehicle and motor vehicle parts and accessories subsector and the building material and supplies subsector.
